Hi, you have put a line in file Defaults.pm:
root@Server1:/usr/share/otrs/Kernel/Config# cat Defaults.pm |grep Pending
$Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::PendingDiffTime'} = '604800';
(60seg. * 60min. * 24h * 7days = 604800seg.)

Hi - I already asked this a few days ago and was hoping that somebody
knew the answer:
I was curious how we could change the default time period for "Pending
Auto Close" tickets which currently seems to be set at 24 hours. I tried
to search the documentation, Google, and source files but I wasn't able
to find where I can change that.
Is that hard-coded, or, if it can be changed - where can I customize
that :-)
