Hello, upgrade is complete! :-) ...and now I have another question :-) In OTRS ver. 1.1.3 I've been using (Language translation): # Template: AgentPhone 'Phone call at %s' => 'Telefonski klic v %s', to autocomplete Subject field in Phone-Ticket. Since upgrade this line is ignored (?) since Subject line is empty? :-( Best Regards, Alex
