I am trying to figure out why the FreeText fields of a parent ticket aren&#39;t carried over to the child tickets when I split it.  I&#39;ve searched and searched, but I can&#39;t find a way to set this in SysConfig.  According to the 2.3 and 2.4 release notes, this should just work.  However, it is NOT working for me.<div>
