It seems, LDAP doesn't find a thing.

Are you sure this is correct?
UserDN => '', UserPw => '',
Are you sure an anonymous user is allowed to read from Exchange's LDAP?
When I do an ldap request with ldapsearch, everything is correct: result: 0 Success
