it worked perfectly
i'm piping all mails to |bin/PostMaster.pl
now probably my 2 last doubts about OTRS:
1) is it possible to make that all mails sent to support@domain.com
goes to Support queue, and all mails sent to sales@domain.com goes to
Sales queue?
2) is is possible to define the priority of the mail sent to
PostMaster.pl ?

Is it possible to don't need users on OTRS?
I just want people to fill a form with:
