check your rpm database. maybe there isn't a correct entry. Try to
uninstall the md5 and install it again. Alternate you can install the otrs
without rpm. check the docu for this

I'm Trying to install otrs in a redhat 7.1 system, it always give me an
error wheni run "rpm -i otrs-1.0.1-01.i386.rpm" the error is "error: failed
dependencies: perl-Digest-MD5 is needed by otrs-1.0.1-01"
I have checked and I have installed the Digest::MD5 package, any help in
this matter would be appreciated.
