Hi Sergio, you only loose the features of the missing packages, if you don't need them, this is ok. But you have to have installed the GeneralCatalog and the ITSMCore package, they are the base of OTRS::ITSM. I think that users usally install all the ITSM packages, since there should be seldom disadvantages. So this would be the safest way for you to go. Please feel free to ask the mailing list if you want to achieve something special by omiting some of the ITSM packages. Regards Alexander
