I guess that means there are no special instructions then. I believe generally you just copy over the new files and run any applicable database upgrade scripts and you're done.
What RPMs are you using for CENTOS 4.0? I didn't see any for CENTOS or RHEL.
RHEL/CentOS 4 is based on Fedora Core 3, so I use the one for Fedora Core 3. (RHEL/CentOS 5 is based on Fedora Core 6, so you'd use the FC6 RPM on RHEL/CentOS 5.) It would be nice if the OTRS site would display the corresponding RHEL/CentOS versions. I'm not sure if installing the RPM over your source install will work by the way, but you could try if you have backups. The RPM installs into /opt/otrs. Nils Breunese.
