[otrs] planned FAQ-features in future releases

Hello, A lot of people at our company are interested in a FAQ-System, but at the moment the functions in OTRS are still too rudimental. Especially following features are still missing: - FAQ-Sub-Topics (similar to sub-queues) - use of attachments - access on FAQ-Articles based on Groups (e.g. existing groups in OTRS) What features for the FAQ section are planned for the next releases and when will those feature probably be available? keep up the good work!, Volker
