Easy George,

mod_perl is not configured or not installed. If it is go to the shell as root and type : a2enmod perl

apache2-prefork-2.2.0-21.7
apache2-worker-2.2.0-21
apache2-example-pages-2.0.49-27.8
apache2-mod_perl-2.0.3-12
mail:/sw/Linux/Suse # rpm -qa|grep otrs
otrs-2.1.7-01

Can you please suggest some way out or some further diagnosing step?
