Hello, how can I setup debug mode in OTRS? I have looked through archived posts, and I have tried setting: $Self->{'Debug'}=5; at Config.pm but I doesn't work... currently I user syslog utility to log at /var/log/messages... Thanks in advance and best regards M.A.
