First, thank you very much for your interest in my app and kind responses!
For now, it seems that couple of major bugs appear on some configurations:
- Unicode doesn't work
- Crash on loading Dashboard
Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce either of them on
configurations available to me. If you've experienced one of them,
please send me the details about versions of OTRS and iPhoneHandle you
using. Even better, create a test account and a test queue on a server
where the problem does occur and send me credentials, that'd
facilitate debugging even more.
Danny, as for notifications of new tickets in queues, they don't exist
yet but that's a great idea, I'll certainly implement it soon.

Pavel, It works great and is fast as greased lightning, only thing right now is the UTF-8 encoding. Btw does it have native notifications when something appears in "My Queues"?
