no there's no error messages, I reinstalled otrs from scratch, and I still have the same pb "no auto-reply" except this there's no other problem at all
If you want to debug your problem, update to Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm v1.28 from CVS. So you will get more info about not sending the auto-reply. PS: OTRS will not sending an auto-reply if the sender email includes a 'Precedence', 'Mailing-List', 'X-Loop' or 'X-No-Loop' email header!
