[otrs] Configurations to receive email at helpdesk from Customers

Hi, I am using OTRS on Red Hat Linux version 7.3. I would like to find out what are the configurations needed at the OTRS system to download all emails from the POP account given to the helpdesk system. Please advise. Thanks. Regards, Gary
