I've looked inside the TicketView.dtl and I've found that the call for the Compose Answer (email): is part of $Data{"TicketAnswer"} I don't know where this is getting called from. I'm trying to change some of the html in the ticket zoom. Does someone know where this is? How can I edit it? Thanks
