[otrs] 2.3.4 & 3.3 OTRS instances running?

Hi List, Is it possible to have both OTRS instances running in the same server? I have a FreeBSD 7.0 with 2.3.4 version and I want to use the newest version 3.3 Thanks a lot Karlos
