[otrs] MySQL version with OTRS 2.1.1

      hello,

Is there a recommanded MySQL version for OTRS 2.1.1 ? I have problems with
articles stored in database that contains french accents. I am using MySQL
4.1.21 with latin1_general_ci collation.
