[otrs] What is "Select source" at the AdminCustomerUser

Nice new rich feature, otrs1.2.1! Thanks very much for developers effort. One question. At the top of the AdminCustomerUser form , "Select source" appear. What is this? In my test site, only 'No name'. What does the word 'source' mean? Thanks. Shozo
