Hello! I Have problem with OTRS leaking CustomerUser LDAP connections. I Do not know exactly, when it happens but it seems to be related to viewing queues and zooming to issues. I have user authentication in one LDAP server, users in MySQL and customerusers in another LDAP server. OTRS is version 2.3.3 + ITSM latest modules. OTRS is working as fastcgi process.
