As far as I can see this log snippet is the initialization and the last response is the data to the main iPhone App Screen, where you should see that you have 9 Locked tickets, right? I need to ask you if you please click on the "Queue View" icon from the main screen and add the resulting logs to the current one.

BTW apparently the log is form an OTRS 2.4.9 is this a testing environment different from the 2.4.7 as reported in the mail header?

I'm testing iPhoneHandle with OTRS 2.4.x and ITSM 2.1.1 and I have no problems with queue view, could I ask you if you can recreate the problem and provide us both log files from iPhoneHandle and from normal OTRS log to try to determine the root cause of the problem that you are having?
