There's something like it in SysConfig -> Ticket -> Core::Ticket -> Ticket::DefineEmailFrom.

Is it possible to make OTRS place in the FROM header "<AGENT_NAME> on behalf of ABC Company"? And make that <AGENT_NAME> be the actual sending agent?
