Hi Ale,<br><br>Do you have Net::SMTP installed? you can check by running /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.checkModules<br><br>In case you don&#39;t, you can install it running cpan –i Net::SMTP<br><br>You could also set the following parameter in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm, restart otrs and try again to trigger your notification<br>
