There is a cache object in OTRS available with currently one backend (file system). It is totally easy to write a backend for memcached.<br>

I think this is neccessary feature. Performance of my server is not bad - we have good hw, but I want to decrease it load. I think users, which have low-end hardware or VPS will estimate it.<div><div></div><div class="h5">
