At OTRS there is a module which refers to Ticket:: Frontend:: MenuModule *** 460-Delete. By the description it should request the table with тикетами and delete therefrom noted. Somebody used this module? -- С уважением к Вам, Кирюшкин Антон tech support Peterhost.ru
