I get this error when ever I close tickets. The tickets end up being closed, but in a locked status. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? Software error: Unknown encoding '' at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Email.pm line 255 For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
