We've started to query the OTRS (MySQL) database to get some quarterly statistics out with regards to percentage of calls closed in target, total number of calls per queue etc.
It occurred to me that one or more for your guys may well have a useful selection of SQL queries already.
Would anyone like to share their (royalty-free) code?
We don't yet create stats, but if you specify what you'd like to get it's probably pretty easy to generate them, naturally only if raw sql data output suits you. (Somewhere here on the list I wrote some SQL counting buggy articles, and I believe similar SQL could be used for stats.
