Our customers frequently send us (embedded) screenshots, so a click to view for image attachments would be a suitable alternative to viewing the full html.
It is not planed to integrate full HTML message support into OTRS.
Also it'd be nice to be able to append an html signature to messages, or insert a block of html to messages with some kind of markup tag.
This could be a nice feature. Please open a new enhancement request on http://bugs.otrs.org for this issue.
