I can only find that referenced on the customer ticket zoom options. That
doesn't seem to work. Core looks like frontend only it seems.
I'm looking at the other followup options and indeed it seems to be what I
need.
I'm going to try something like x-otrs-followup-dynamicfield-name in the
email.
If you could give any further input as to where I should enable that would
be great.

the email. But in the existing ticket that the email goes into the dynamic
field is not updated. Can anyone help?
