Hi Diego,

I’d like to switch of this feature, too. As far as I can understand the sources, this is not possible without hacking around in Perl.

If you find a solution, please let me know!

Hi Everyone:

Does anyone knows how to disable the auto add link feature in the ticket body text?

When I send a ticket and contains e.g. www.mydomain.com , OTRS send it as http://www.mydomain.com and I would like to disable this feature.
