Hi, I need your help.

I have a problem with Otrs. I setup a testing machine and It´s working fine and the performance its great, until I try to send an answer to a ticket.
When pressing "empty answer" it takes like 25 seconds to open the compose page.
Then when I press the "send mail" button it takes another 25 seconds to send the message and get to the next page.

On the other hand, When I try the demo in otrs.org it work much faster, it just takes like 2 seconds to do the things that it takes me 25.
The specifications of the server are better than the otrs.org server demo.

The messages  I'm sending are to the internal network! also i tested the time to send the messages out and it takes the same 25 seconds---(internet or network are the same time response).

The server specifications are:
Athlon 64  3800+
2Gb RAM
250Gb HD

Otrs its installed on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS.
OTRS version 2.0.4 with php5, apache2 and mysql5.
I had configured smtp and sendmail, and are the same thing.
