Recheck the syntax of your Config.pm file, there must be something wrong. Always add your settings between the huge comment blocks "Start

of your own config options!!!" and "End of your own config options!!!"

- nowhere else. Leave everything untouched.

If you think you messed up your Config.pm, create a fresh one and start over:

mv /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm.bad cp /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm.dist /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm
