Hi all,

I'm trying to enable PGP in OTRS. First step, sending signed mails out of the OTRS is working ok. The problem occurs when signed mail arrives into OTRS. Then I get this error:

The mail has sender's public key (.asc) attached and signature (.sig) and I have sender's public key in my key-ring. What could be the cause for this kind of behaviour?

TIA & Best regards,

Alex
