The problem is that the change is not being saved and I dont know what 
file is used to define "Core".

Any ideas?

I have set it in otrs/Kernal/Config.pm and in ZZZAuto.pm but the  
real FQDN never appears in any responses.
What did you set exactly? And what do you get? Nothing, http:///?
