The OTRS machine sent me another error message, this time it didn't contain hundreds of lines like in a previous report of mine. This error contained one line... How can I solve this one?
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm line 166.
This isn't an error! Just a perl warning notice.
However, I added an ckeck to the Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm and you never should get this perl notice.
I'm getting this mail every four minutes now, what can I change to make this warning stop?
Update Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm to 1.10.2.1 from CVS ( http://otrs.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/otrs/Kernel/System/EmailParser.pm) and it will work.
