One remark, you do not need to have the installer.pl within the startups, this is just needed once during installation and / or re-installation.
Yes, I know that. But I though it would be confusing to have to enable/disable it manually. However, I've fixed the shellscript to give installer.pl another init-script, which needs you to enable it manually. So after a reboot, the installer.pl won't be started until you type 'start otrs/$username/installer.pl'.
I would be curiously fascinated if you would post this to the public OTRS wiki as well ;-)) Please consider to subscribe to http://wiki.otrs.org/ !!!
