Is there a newsletter or something like that to keep OTRS users up-to-date<br>
on the goodies that the developers are working on ? Where can I find it ?<br>

If there's no such thing ... Does anybody know if OTRS will become less<br>
conservative about the use of JavaScript/AJAX technology ?<br>
Usability could be improved a lot by making heavier use of client-side scripting.<br>
