You might want to look at getting Apache to do the SSO [<a href="http://sivel.net/2007/05/sso-apache-ad-1/">http://sivel.net/2007/05/sso-apache-ad-1/</a>] and then instruct OTRS to use the HTTP Auth Header for authentication.<br>
