Hello list! I would like to ask you how do you reply to emails written in different enconding than used by web browser/system? I do receive czech emails in iso-8859-2, windows-1250 or utf-8 encoding. I searched thru OTRS options and didn't find any option to recode replies to correct encoding. How do you solve this kind of problem? Regards -- Ales Vizdal, AVONET, s.r.o.
