OTRS 3.2.1

Was previously 3.1.12, then upgraded to 3.2.0.beta5, then upgraded to 3.2.1

We have the following packages installed:

FAQ	2.2.1
OTRSMasterSlave	1.3.1
Support	1.4.4

I am seeing the following errors in the otrs system log:

There are no other log

Any idea what could be causing this? Or any idea how I can get more information in order to possibly find a cause for the message in the log?
