[otrs] Moving DB from MySQL to MSSQL

Hi all, i'm searching for anyone that can help me to migrate MySQL otrs tables to MSSQL. We have an otrs installation running from 2 years. Now we had decided to remove MySQL server since we have a new fresh MSSQL server for another application and we weould use it even for otrs.
