No it can't, you would need to use something like procmail to incept the
incoming mail and process it to filter and redirect those emails then pass
the rest to OTRS.

Ok, we need to forward automatic emails from a certain source, say @ email.com to another email address outside of OTRS (2.4.7). I can't change the address this email is sent to, but I was hoping there was a way in Postmaster Filter or somewhere else that can be set to:
from: @email.com forward: another@myemail.com
