It is possible. Example: Webserver user is 'apache', otrs user is 'otrs'. Add a group (e. g. otrs) and put the user otrs and apache into this group. Then us the "bin/SetPermissions.sh [OTRS_GROUP] [WEB_GROUP]" -=> bin/SetPermissions.sh /opt/OpenTRS/ otrs apache otrs otrs Restart the webserver and it should work fine.
