You can send reports to e-mail using mkStats.pl

You could generate a (Perl) script that runs a predefined stat (all open
tickets for certain queues) and emails that to the agents. I think this will
cover your requirements.
Depending on how far you'd like to take this you can automate the e-mail
address gathering and queue selection parts. That would require some labour
on your own side, though.

Hey, Has anyone created a cron job that could send daily(or weekly) e-mails to agents letting them know what tickets are open in their queues? Just curious, it would be a nice feature to have for our organization, and was hoping somebody might have done it before as I'm not finding out much else on line.
