[otrs] Problem with creating of a bew CI class

Hello, I have a little problem. I need to create a new CI class. When I create an empty class I always geht tree inpute fields. *Name: *Deployment State: *Incident State: But I need a complete empty one to create the class I need to. Any suggestions how to solve this problem?
