      I've done both....  I have since done a manual install using phpMyAdmin as
the int.

This is what I get in the otrs.log file now:

[Wed Jul 23 19:54:09 2003][Notice][Kernel::System::Auth::DB::Auth] User:
root@localhost logged in (REMOTE_ADDR: 65.x.x.x).

However, on by browser the web page times out with "page cannot be
displayed".

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong???
W2K, MySQL 4.0.12, PHP 4.3.1
I get the following error when I try to log on:
[Tue Jul 22 12:53:56 2003][Notice][Kernel::System::Auth::DB::Auth] User:
admin with wrong Pw!!! (REMOTE_ADDR: x.x.x.x)
I checked the pw in the database and it is correct.
Please Help!

Perhaps there is something as qconfirm for postfix?
Yes, procmail is an email filter to modify email. I thinks it's similar
to qconfirm!?
Procmail (http://www.procmail.org/) can also be used with other MTAs
like sendmail, exim, ...

Any experience with OCR (*.pdf to *.txt converters) and OTRS?
Look at the pdf converter from phpMySearch.web4.hm.
It was in php, but it works.
