I realized that with a little help from the forum ( http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=61&t=4525&p=18682&sid=2f12ad86a15987bb03a9fe1288329ee8#p18682 )

I can however still not make the queue send responses to the users with the correct from-address (also mentioned in above post)
