[otrs] Changing time showed on main page

      Hello,

I tried to somehow change the time, which OTRS system shows in right top corner. Difference between my computer's time [and server's as well] and OTRS time is 2 h.

I tried to change it via Sysconfig but it didn't help. Can anyone point me to the right place.
