This started when it was moved from the old server to the new one. Installed OTRS 2.3.3 again on the new server then restored back from the dump. Everything seems functioning except for these 3 pages.
I'm also thinking of installing the latest version but just have no idea how to have the current data I have from 2.3.3.

just the error doesn't really tell us anything ...
