Hi Michiel,

I would gladly donate the changes i've made so far on the admin part which was basically just creating and passing a FormID to the template (which also had to have the form renamed to "compose").
Unfortunately I'm not sure how to go about solving the ticketcompose to include the images defined on the response. I'm also not that well versed with Perl so I guess I'll wait for a future release.
Thanks for the reply.

Hi Luis,

the problem is that there is no storage for the images in the OTRS
design currently, you can only store attachments on ticket articles;
not on notifications, signatures, auto-answers and the like. So one
solution would be that you would upload the images to a public web
server and that you would embed the image in the email.

We are looking to extend OTRS so it can embed the images in replies
and such, but implementing the new interface has our priority first.

Of course if somebody would need it NOW, we'd be happy to see what we
can do on a commercial basis. And if somebody in 'the community' would
implement it, of course we'd be glad to accept code donations.

((enjoy))
