Hello all, Thanks for such an awesome product! OTRS is amazing! We have a new server, and I would like to 'move' our current OTRS installation to this new server. It will be from Centos 5.3 32-bit to Centos 5.3 64-bit. I figured it would come down to the following: 1. Install clean OTRS on new server with MySQL database. 2. Stop current OTRS server and make a MySQL DB backup. 3. Restore DB Backup on new server. 4. Copy entire /opt/otrs to new server. 5. Verify httpd(apache) configs 6. Start everything on new server Is this a good way to do the migration? Or is there a better way? Kind regards, Coert Waagmeester
